Thread: 4TB limit too strictly enforced.

Default 4TB limit too strictly enforced.

Could someone explain to me how to create a RAID10 array with two 4TB drives? As soon as I select the software RAID, I get this warning:

    Warning
Total storage size exceeded licensed storage capacity. Please purchase license key for bigger capacity.
Unless I am mistaken, RAID 10 is a STRIPE of MIRRORED drives, and therefore, you need twice the licensed capacity to create said RAID. Perhaps that restriction should be relaxed until AFTER the RAID array is created?

Software RAID 10 is not supported. If you select the help icon in this software RAID area, you will see what is supported. You should create a RAID1.
