CTRL-ALT-R does not work for me.

Neither the ucli nor the aacli option works with my adapter. The error message UCLI tells me 0 controllers found. While aacli can see my adapter it says that the installed version of AFAAPI.DLL is too old to work with the controller.

The Adaptec 2820SA I am using has been around since October of 2005 so it's not exactly a new product...

I never received any update from support.

The last email I got from them on this issue was on June 5th.

Thanks for re-sending the update to me. For some reason, I never received it. I will install it and continue to work with support.

Once this is resolved I only have one access issue remaining: Accessing the system BIOS remotely through my KVM. I am working with the KVM manufacturer to get this resolved and they have asked: what is the video mode the DSS server outputs? It looks to me like standard SVGA: 800x600x60Hz. Could you confirm? I am using the on-board Tyan VGA adapter.

Thanks again for all your assistance!
    Best regards,
    Tony.

    We use standard VGA 800x600.
