Can't update software from DSS_V7_up12 to DSS_V7_up65 - as Console is locked
I am running DSS_V7_up12 the Web Interface no longer works.
To fix this I need to change the systems date to December 2017 then
Update the Software to version DSS_V7_up65 as described in Article ID: 2961 on the Open-e web site.
This worked nicely on first of my Storage box.
On my second storage box I have the following problem
The Console is locked
I have no ways of changing the systems date to make the Web Interface work so that I can update the software.
What must I do?
