Hi All,

We have installed Open-e Jovian on a physical server.

Need your support to test Open-e Jovian application on physical server (NVMe and SSDs - total capacity more than 24TB) and all VLAN are able to inter connect or accessible via trunk as per trail email but not able to still ping open-e storage interface.

We have 2 switch in place at DC which are connection on P2P Cable and there is Route set on both switch as below:

Switch A -

Route traffic from 192.168.2.0/24 any any 10.0.0.0/24 & 10.0.1.0/24

Switch B

Route Traffic from 10.0.0.0/24 & 10.0.1.0/24 any any 192.168.2.0/24

On switch B 2 VLAN and both are inter accessible.

We have created Open-e Jovian Server in 10.0.1.0/24 network and from DHCP we are getting 10.0.1.84 IP.

We are able to ping 10.0.1.1 Gateway and we can ping other system available in 10.0.1.0/24.

Still we are not able to access the Jovian Server
