    Unhappy ext3-lookup error after power failure

    hi all

    A-A Failover

    node A has a power failure
    LV checked, and has no errors

    but:



    node B:



    how to repair it?

    Default

    Did you run the ""Repair Filesystem""? If so then you might have an issue with the boot media and run a check disk scan from Windows. Or test with a USB Flash stick and see if boots
    ok then if it does then you know its your boot media.
