Default Best Practices MPIO in Active Active Hyper-V

    Greetings!
I have 3 Windows Server Datacenter 2022 all with 8 10Gb NICs, I have a Hyper-V Cluster with failover. I am looking for best practice with MPIO and Active Active with DSS V7. The documentation I have found on the site is a little old but It indicates using 2 IP addresses on each NIC and using 2 NICs for the MPIO. (1 to each switch) I am wondering if I should only use 1 IP address per NIC and 4 NICs for the MPIO? (2 to each switch) It also indicates all should be on the same VLAN. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
    Thanks
    Andy

    Default

Yes we should update that doc you have seen, use only use 1 IP address per NIC for MPIO as this will provide Path Failover and Performance. This should be used with any OS to Storage.
    All the best,
