bizzare Korean character with FTP

I did not use any special characters you have mentioned.
I'm using ordinary Korean characters.
The names of files and directorys with Korean are well seen and no problem with CFIS.
The files uploaded with CFIS are seen like bizarre characters and cannot be accessed with FTP.
When the files were uploaded with FTP, they looked OK and no problem with FTP.

The followings are example.

1) rightly seen with FTP when uploaded with FTP
192.168.0.23 UNKNOWN admin [05/Aug/2007:19:19:26 +0900] "STOR 스킨케어셋트.txt" 226 6386

2) abnormaly seen with FTP when uploaded with CFIS
192.168.0.23 UNKNOWN admin [05/Aug/2007:19:20:07 +0900] "RMD 湲멸?硫붿돩 1~26[?꾧껐]" 550 -
192.168.0.23 UNKNOWN admin [05/Aug/2007:19:20:07 +0900] "DELE 湲멸?硫붿돩 1~26[?꾧껐]" 550 -
192.168.0.23 UNKNOWN admin [05/Aug/2007:19:20:07 +0900] "CWD 湲멸?硫붿돩 1~26[?꾧껐]" 250 -

I finally solved the problem.

The problem may arise from UTF-8 code.

Most FTP prgram cannot deals properly but Filezilla deals with it properly.
