Hello

since 2007/09/21-14:03 i became two error messages from our DSS-Server.

Sep 21 17:31:38 dss kernel: fileio_make_request(62) I/O error 3584, -28
Sep 21 17:32:41 dss kernel: fileio_make_request(62) I/O error 4096, -28

Is this a kernel problem if someone want to write to the initiated iSCSI-Target on a w2k3-Server?
While this error messages appear the Target is only readable.

There are two iSCSI-Targets defined (1000GB and 250GB) on the DSS each initiated by one W3k3-Server with the MS iSCSI Initiator. By the same time, there is a NAS Volume which is integraded on the two W2k3-Server with 'Shared Folders' and on a Linux-Server with smbmount.

Has anyone an idee how to fix this?
Thanks for any help you can give

Kind regards,
muempf
