Any possibility you can send the log file to support, also we would like to ask if would be willing to enable Remote Support Services to allow our engineers to perform some tests and work on a solution. You will need to send logs in support first then you will receive a "Ticket #" then enable the Remote Support with entering this Ticket #.
for Logs:
Status > Hardware > Logs then click on the Download button and send log with description of problem for us to mark.
for Remote Support:
From Console screen enter CTRL + ALT + X for Extended Tools then select option for Remote Support Services.
