    Default Open-E mail server down since Oct 19th (at least)

    What kind of support can you offer when notified that your mail server was down last Friday and it's still not accepting mail?

    This is the first that I heard of this. We had over 56 emails on the 19th. So not sure what you are referring to. Also a good way to post such topic is to send at info@open-e.com or email me directly as well. What was the subject that you sent with your email to support - I did not see it - or email me your contact info.

    info@open-e.com appears to be working.
    support@open-e.com was bouncing (this one linked on the thin client) Now back up.
