Default Nic shows "No Cable" when FC in target mode

    Hello,

today i got a Qlogic QLA2462 and put it into my storage. But after switching the HBA to target mode one of the on board NIC's shows "No Cable". When i switch it back to initator mode the NIC works normal.

I tryed to change the PCI slots of all cards, but no change.... What can cause this?

    Best regards
    Stefan

Oh, i found someone with the same problem:

    http://forum.open-e.com/showthread.php?t=583

And i see this error when i boot the Open-E: "Disabling IRQ #16"

I'm using DSS 1.37 Build 2922 but i think will try the 2956.

    Two otherquestions:

    1. When i modify the targets i got a message that i should reset the FC Target. How should i do this?

    2. I'm reading about FC Console Tools and to find out where they are i shuld press F1 on the console. I searched the Help, the manual and every menu, i didn't find the tools. Where can i find them.

    Best regards
    Stefan
