    G'day Grunt,
The DSS Lite is offline until at least January, so even if you get the key creator it won't activate.
If you download the Demo CD it will run for a while, just don't make more than 1TB available to DSS. Otherwise when you revert to DSS Lite in Jan, it will not work.

Not sure what you are asking with "USB ISO is tested on DSS DEMO ? "

    Cheers Ben

Default DL380 G3 boot from usb

I have read that there is a solution to boot from USB on these machine. Could you send me ISO?

Someone says that he needs a solution to boot a DL380 G3 without DVDRom, I only know one posibility, to install an USB Floppy, perhaps a USB DVD will work but I'm not sure.

    Regards.

Default DL380 G3 boot from usb

    Hi,

I got the HP DL380 G3 working with the CD ISO and an external DVDROM Drive, but not with the original Open-E USB Flash Drive. Also see http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/...readId=1184004
Is there a way to boot from a selfmade USB Flash Drive (can be another Drive) using the existing License Key of our bought USB Drive?

    Thanks for Help.

Yes, you can download the zip files on any USB stick. Or with V6, you can create a partition and install it there... It worked for me!!
