Update Problem from 1.37 to 5.x

Hi all,

I'm trying to update my DSS Module version 1.23.DB00000000.2763 from 2007-07-13 to version 5. When I click online update it always shows and downloads the version it already has.

When I download the ISO file manually and feed it throught the web interface I can see that the file gets uploaded, but it doesn't arrive at the web interface to apply.

Any help or suggestions?

I made a manual update to 1.30 and thereafter the update to 5 was possible. You may close or delete this thread.

Try burning the ISO image onto CD-ROM with your CD Burning software then boot system with CD to see if this will update. Recommend saving your settings in Maintenance > Miscellaneous. Also please adhere to the update instructions:

Before Updating, all existing snapshots must be removed. You might have trouble to access your volumes after updating when you leave old snapshots on the server.
To be sure, that no snapshot is active, please deactivate replication as well.
