Default Unexpected reboot after deleting a unit

So I needed to delete a volume group. I went into extended tools - deleted the unit.... and the system rebooted WITHOUT WARNING. If the system needs to reboot after this action, it should tell you.....

    Default

But it does say the following with option to select "Yes" or "No".

    PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION !!
    * ALL THE DATA ON THE UNIT (S) WILL BE LOST!!
    * THE SYSTEM WILL BE REBOOTED

    Do you wish to continue?
    All the best,
