    Many other user have the problem too:

    so it isnt woking for all of us. I wasted a lot of time too and now switched to OpenFiler. It may miss some features, but the gui works...

    Man.. you guys are missing something... There is something wrong that you do...

    All these users are satisfied with the product, and personally I loved it...

    Did you try to explain your issue to the support?

    Openfiler is a joke.. they don't have most of open-e features.....

    Iam sure it will work, as I said it is working for thousands of users, why not you?!!

    Their seems to be a problem with the newest version?!
    When open-e doesn't make problem on your systems, then post us the configs that function.

    Noone wanted to know, that U are the one, that has no probs.

    Default Blank GUI

    The only strange I noticed is, that while certificate is accepted the Firefox said the certificate it is from 127.0.0.1 (localhost, local loopback) and not für the real IP Adress.
    Maybe there is a problem on machines with more than one NICs. Thats just a guess, I haven't aprooved it yet. I personally had 3 NICs builded in the machine.

    Also its possible the newest version has a bug. But as long as there is no announcement from OE its more or less useless for us.

    And yes, OpenFiler misses features of OE. But iSCSI is working like a charm and this is the important feature with our implementation.
    To all others unsing OE without problems: Are you using OE Lite in its 2TB or 1TB Version?

    Let's try to work contructive on this, and not blaming anyone.
