Error adding key & maybe getting updates

Hi,
I purchased 2 x Intel 22R212MC2R's, when i explain to the person when buying the servers, i told them i needed to be access the server directly and to have active directory integration. They sold me iSCSI-R3, which is not what i wanted. anyways, getting to back to it, ive had to purchase a Upgrade Key to DSS, which has cost me an absolute fortune. When i try and add the key, i get the following error.

"Error occured while adding key."

I have registed both server on the website, i am able to check and see if updates are available, it tells me "No update available for your version."

now is that no updates are available for DSS or iSCSI-R3???

Also, does anyone know how to get the licence key in another way???

Make sure the system is up to date on iSCSI-R3 version iSCSI-R3/iSCSI_ver_5_0_up42_build_3009 if this does not work send this issue to support@open-e.com and provide the correct serial number so they can match this with the key.
