Product Registration and HTTP Proxy

Hi! I can't register DSS Lite via Proxy. This is necessary for me, because I do not have a direct Internet access available. Only over proxy!

HTTP Proxy will not work for the activation and or registration. Can you ask your system Admin to open a tcp connections so you can register and activate. After activation you do not need to be connected

I am the system admin. Opening a tcp connection for testing a software is a no go for me. Whithout testing I will not buy a NAS with open-e.

You don't have to use the DSS LITE product that is "FREE" you can use the Demo-CD version of DSS. This is a 60 day full version product that does not require you register and supports up to 160TB so this should provide enough time to assist you.
