Yet another System Corrupted Thread

Hello.

We have a DSS module in a iscsi server.After a shutdown i came up with the problem "System Corrupted: No USB module found".This happens even if before the OS initiation the usb module is being detected and the bios also sees it.If i press tab to enter the boot loader and i select ANY of those i get the same thing.I noticed that sometimes i get "loading..." and it should work...but...again system corrupted.


Can you give me any ideeas on what to do?I was thinking of reseting the bios but i'm affraid that the raid will be lost and sadly the info i have on that server is VITAL

Any advice will be greatly apreciated.

You can try the DOM on another system to verify that it is not defective or try another USB Pin header from the motherboard. If all fails send to issue to support@open-e.com to receive a replacement.
