Angry WINDOWS Share not available under NAS Server name

We have a purely Windows environment under ADS.
We have set up a NAS under Windows ADS authentification.
The server name has been set up under the name of se-wmf-dvtfs01.
The bonded IP adress is 10.103.1.71
A share has been defined under the name WINNT and access for users defined.
The share can be accessed only under the path \\10.103.1.71\WINNT
If we try to use \\se-wmf-dvtfs01\WINNT , no access is granted.
I can ping se-wmf-dvtfs01 and get the correct IP address.
What has to be done here in order to make use of the server name for the share paths?

I do not think it is possible to access share by server name
