so besides, it is possibly to access the console of the Nas-xsr by remote (telnet or ssh)? It is every time difficulty to connect the monitor to the Nas-xsr. ;-)
In the meantime I have adjusted the language in English, removed the DVD drive still attached, started this one Nas repeatedly newly and tried again to create a user. It was the same result. I have copied a couple of files on a Share and, once more, while the files are still copied, I have tried to create a user again. And see there, the user, I had this one tried approx an hour before it became to lay out listed. Now the Function is ok, But I do not know the solution. ????
You can connect to the server by SSH connection using default port 22222. Please refer to the manual on how to achieve this. If you still are not able to add users please send logs to support@open-e.com
I have got an answer of your support team today. There was a problem with LDAP server. I must change for a moment to ADS or PDC and then back to LDAP. That was the Solution. Now i can create user an groups.
