    Default The solution

    Had the same issue. Reported it to support. They sent me a small update that fixes the issue.

    Default I reported this to support and they blew me off....

    I will try again. Did you just use the "support form" on the web sight

    I just emailed support requesting help on the issue. I referenced this thread and mentioned that someone got a fix. I will post if/when I get a response.

    Default The same problem

    We have trying connect DSS trial to AD long time. And finaly find that problem is exactly same - wrong time zone. And we can not change from default. Trial failed. We will look for some other storage software.

    Default Had same problem - Support sent me update

    I had the same problems when I installed a system using Build 3719.

    Support sent me an update which returned "Wrong Product Update", but when they realised I was using the Lite version they sent me an alternative update.

    This worked a treat.

    Whilst I don't seem to be able to attach them here, I have uploaded both to an area of my website - hopefully this will help others with the same issue.

    For DSS (trial - untested by me): http://www.nas.uk.com/OpenE/upd_2009_9_9_2.zip

    Simple instructions
    1.Extract the UPD file to your local system
    2.Login to the DSS GUI
    3.Navigate to MAINTENANCE - SOFTWARE
    4.Select the UPD file and select Apply
    5.Reboot the server

    Support do you have an update for the version version 6.0up10.8101.3719 64bit so that it will permit me to update Time Zone settings

    Default Cannot create a support email via the website

    Tried to create a support email but loops between the support website's steps 4 and 5
